This was my second order from them for an IWB holster. In both instances they were prompt and courteous. The kept me in the loop along the way. If anything there's almost too many options for colors/patterns of Kydex. I was able to send photos of how I wanted them set up for my particular requests and they came through for me. The lead time a factor but they were upfront and honest about it. I will be going back to them when I'm in need of another holster.
