My main EDC that rode in my truck and belt every day for all 4 years finally cracked right where the clip mounted to the holster. A very reasonable issue after serving reliably for so long. I contacted the warranty department, shipped my broken holster in when they asked me to, and less than 48 hours after the tracking showed the holster was delivered to them, they sent me a tracking number for my replacement! These folks are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The holsters are durable and effective, and I will always recommend them to everyone.

I recently purchased a holster from Black Rhino for my Chiappa Rhino. First of all, it was worth the wait, it is the absolute best inside the waistband holster I have ever owned. It looks like they took my exact gun and formed this thing around it. Lockup is tight, I got the upgraded belt clips, there is no better IWB holster on the market from what I've seen. I've been through 6 different IWB holsters and this one is by far the best. Lead time is a little slow because they are a small shop, but communication is great and staff is friendly. Definitely worth giving them a shot.
